SARS-CoV-2 the virus that causes Covid-19, lives longer on certain surfaces such as paper currency. According to the study “Stability of SARS-CoV-2 in different environmental conditions. Lancet Microbe 2020” SARS-Cov-2 can live on cash up to 4 days.

 

With cash being an item that is handled often and and has a high level of circulation. The potential for the spreading  of diseases through cash is significant.

Here at TitanLabs we have developed a small machine that can be used to the kill Covid-19 virus on cash by exposing it to High intensity UVC Light.
